MaQata and Fridays
Hello fellow badoque kakis,
Weekend sudah bermula, and i bet you guys have made plans to either chill at home,keluar dengan membas or just sleep off the tiredness you’ve had the past week.
MaQ admits that she updated the blog late today.What do you expect? MaQ needs to think of what to type about today.MaQ had her usual imaginary double espresso and a piece of croissant layered with chicken mayonaise,stuffed with crisp lettuce and chunky sliced tomatoes.
What a way to start a Friday! Badoque punya sandwiches macam gitu jugak, in which is why i love the food,ambience and people here. I need my nap on hot afternoons like this.Infact,i did have a fast one just now.MaQ flew to the roof and since angin bukan main hari ni, Apa lagi.MaQ dozed off in seconds.
MaQ met another rookie fairy of the chinese restaurant next to Badoque when MaQ woke up just now.She was a pixie to be exact,and yes, She’s from China.She smiled at me from the tip of the window, and MaQ being MaQ just screamed in a kewat manner, ” Hello BABY GIRL!” She ofcourse,didn’t understand anything i said.Like any of them would.I did a sign language like a cave-woman in distress and asked her to follow me for a formal introduction to Simpang Bedok and she gladly followed from behind.
We flew from shop to shop and i introduced to them, the elves from the coffeeshops at the front.The Giants at Shop N Save and the other cheena fairies that MaQ tak pernah berkenan from the other outlets.It was abit susah lah i have to admit. Ayam berbual dengan itik lah nak dikatakan.MaQ belanja dia teh gajah and epok-epok madness before allowing her to go back to the chinese restaurant.
MaQ heard from the staff the other day,while they were conversing to the customers that Badoque will be having a little something special for their customers preety soon. Let’s just say,its a little contribution from Badoque’s dear friends whom wanna add a little colour to this green spot at Simpang Bedok. MaQ will definetely update you further on this.
Because MaQ tengah belengas now, i shall head to the toilet now and have a fast shower ala Palmolive ad with slow moving shots.
