Badoque’s Blogger Begins

By Badoque | April 19, 2009

Hi,  i would like to introduce myself as MaQata.  Well there is another MaQata that i personally know, but that would lead to another story in the near future.

Anyway, I will be your resident blogger here for Badoque.  Yes, i shall blog and blog ,the same way you all love to eat and eat. You all dengar sini baik-baik.  MaQata will be blogging in english beterabuh and at times MaQata will be formal, ala editor in chief for Singapore Tattler all in the name of entertainment.

For all those who have been to the premise.  MaQata nak say thank you for your support, for all  those who havent, MaQata nak say that you all are missing a dining experience that you deserve.

The Muslim Community in Singapore has evolved in many ways including their tastebuds.  The young Gen-Y have studied overseas and have been exposed to an array of world cuisine and in hoping when they return to their  humble homeland, there would be a  halal alternative.  Badoque is that alternative.

As you can see from the pictures from the previous entries of their anniversary,  Badoque would like to take the humble approach on everything that they do and claim still, that they’re in their infancy.  And in doing so,  Maqata nak say,” Syabas folks!” I shall cover on the typical dining habits of Muslim diners and not forgetting the do’s and dont’s.  Let’s cover Rule No.1 for now

Rule No.1

When you nak have a different dining experience in a cafe, Tolong jangan mintak nasi goreng though its not in the menu.  Dekat Simpang Bedok ni,ada 102371283616 places that serve nasi goreng.  Yes, nasi goreng that comes in many ways just like the spots on a dalmation.  But because, there have been many requests for a rice dish. We will come up with one, just for you soon.  And no, its not going to be Nasi Goreng, people.

And because, there is a big reservation coming in for lunch, MaQata would have to stop for the time being and jadi host ala Y.M Sultanah MaQrisha of Kardashia.
